Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ppvi4 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ppvi4 website, mobile interface, games, betting services, payment systems, bonus programs, and any other features or services offered through the platform (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using the ppvi4 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ppvi4 platform and close your account if one has been created.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ppvi4 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ppvi4 strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at any time during your account lifecycle.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party, business, or syndicate.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ppvi4 platform or any associated service, and you are not accessing the platform in violation of any self-exclusion agreement you have entered into.
• You are not depositing funds that originate from illegal activity, and all funds you deposit on ppvi4 are from legitimate personal sources that you are legally entitled to use.
• You are not currently employed by ppvi4 or any affiliated company, and you are not an immediate family member of such an employee.

ppvi4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point in the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Accounts found to belong to ineligible persons will be closed and any associated funds dealt with in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Services on ppvi4, you are required to register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current throughout the duration of your relationship with ppvi4.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ppvi4 platform. The following constitute violations of this rule and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them:

• Registering more than one account with the same identity or contact details
• Using another person's identity or personal information to create or operate an account
• Creating a new account after a previous account has been closed by ppvi4 for breach of these Terms
• Opening a new account during a self-exclusion period without first contacting ppvi4 support to lift the exclusion

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ppvi4 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ppvi4 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. You must notify ppvi4 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ppvi4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ppvi4 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction across all accepted payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer options.
• Deposits are credited to your ppvi4 account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation. ppvi4 does not hold funds in transit — your balance is available immediately.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
• ppvi4 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for any deposit, particularly where large or unusual deposit patterns are detected. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by ppvi4 support following a documented request.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal request, ppvi4 may require the completion of identity verification (KYC). This includes providing a government-issued photo identification document and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of the payment method being used.
• ppvi4 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into account activity. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms is confirmed, associated funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

Bonuses and Promotions

ppvi4 offers a range of bonus and promotional programs to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion will prevail.

• All bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds or free spins and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• ppvi4 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any form of bonus arbitrage.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, per device, and per payment method. Existing players who create a new account to claim a welcome bonus will have both accounts closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, or IPL are time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice. Players are encouraged to check current promotion terms before participating.
• ppvi4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification date, except where abuse has been detected.

Bonus funds are always used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms. Any real-money balance remains unaffected until the bonus balance is exhausted.

Responsible Gaming

ppvi4 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers a suite of player-protection tools that all registered players may access at any time through their account settings or by contacting ppvi4 support. These tools include:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount a player may deposit
• Session time reminders — configurable alerts that notify a player when a set period of continuous play has elapsed
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at the player's request
• Self-exclusion — a voluntary, indefinite or fixed-term block on account access, available immediately upon request to ppvi4 support

ppvi4 will never contact a player who has activated a self-exclusion to offer bonuses, promotions, or re-engagement incentives during the exclusion period. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ppvi4 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary users
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic for financial gain; any winnings generated through an exploited error will be voided
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime using the ppvi4 platform
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform mechanics
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration, verification, or withdrawal process
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or interfering with the technical operation of the ppvi4 platform in any way

Intellectual Property

All content on the ppvi4 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, audio clips, and software — is the property of ppvi4 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of ppvi4.

The ppvi4 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of ppvi4. Unauthorised use of any ppvi4 trademark, whether in connection with a competing service, on social media, or in any other context, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppvi4 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from any technical failure, game error, network interruption, or server outage affecting the platform
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand the applicable rules of any game or betting market before participating
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature, even if ppvi4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Any losses resulting from a player's use of third-party devices, networks, or software, including mobile data networks that incur charges or experience degraded performance

Privacy and Data Protection

ppvi4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ppvi4 implements SSL encryption across all platform pages and transactions to protect data in transit.

ppvi4 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where strictly necessary for the operation of the platform — for example, with payment processors to facilitate deposits and withdrawals — and only to the extent required for that specific operational purpose. Account Suspension and Termination

ppvi4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity verification when requested, or provision of false documentation during the KYC process
• Detection of suspicious activity that suggests fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime, pending the outcome of an investigation
• A legally binding instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction requiring the suspension or closure of the account

Where an account is closed by ppvi4 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, after deducting any applicable processing fees and pending verification requirements. Bonus balances will not be returned. Where closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms, all balances including real-money funds may be forfeited entirely.

Amendments to These Terms

ppvi4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, ppvi4 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by email to the address associated with their account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on the ppvi4 platform.

Your continued use of the ppvi4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting ppvi4 support. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon request.
